Speaker sessions may be filmed. We won’t publish a speaker’s recording without their consent.
If you participate in Q&A or other interactive parts of a session, you may be captured on that recording, and you consent to its potential publication.
Personal photos and videos are fine. Commercial recording or live streaming requires our written permission.

Event content — presentations, materials, recordings — belongs to us or the respective speakers and can’t be reproduced without permission.
8. Sponsors, Exhibitors & Speakers
These terms are for general attendees. Sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers have separate agreements. See Sponsor Terms and Speaker Terms.
9. Assumption of Risk & Liability
You attend at your own risk. The Event is at a Topgolf facility — you may be hitting golf balls from multi-level bays. By participating in any physical activity at the venue, you accept the inherent risks (injury from equipment, golf balls, falls, exertion, etc.) and agree to follow all venue safety rules.
We’re not liable for personal injury, theft, property damage, or other losses at the Event, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount of your ticket.

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
