Sponsor Terms

Last updated: March 13, 2026

By purchasing a sponsorship or exhibitor package for UGCon™ 2026 (“the Event”), you agree to these terms, plus the general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean the Event Organizer.

1. What’s Included

Sponsorships come in two forms: bay sponsorships (a dedicated Topgolf bay for your team) and event sponsorships (lanyards, screen branding, website logo, etc.). Your specific deliverables, fee, and terms are in your invoice or agreement.

2. Payment

Fees are due on invoice via ACH (or as otherwise specified). Your sponsorship isn’t confirmed until we receive payment. Unpaid sponsorships may be reassigned.

3. Bay Setup & Operations

If you have a bay, here’s how it works:

4. Your Team

Everyone on your team must follow the Code of Conduct. We can remove anyone who doesn’t, at our discretion. Tell us who’s coming in advance so we can credential them.

All attendees — including sponsor team members — must be registered for the Event. Your sponsorship includes a set number of complimentary attendee passes (see your invoice for details), but each person still needs to complete registration before attending.

5. Logos & Branding

We can each use the other’s logo to promote the Event and sponsorship. Any use of UGCon™ branding needs our approval first. You keep your IP; we keep ours.

6. Photography & Video

We’ll photograph and record the Event, and your bay may appear in that content. By sponsoring, you consent to this. You can take photos and video in your own bay. Recording or streaming outside your bay requires our permission.

7. Attendee Data

We won’t share attendee info with you unless attendees opt in.

8. Insurance & Indemnification

We recommend you carry your own commercial general liability insurance. We may ask for proof and to be named as additional insured.

You agree to cover us for any claims arising from your activities, materials, products, or people at the Event — unless it’s our fault (gross negligence or willful misconduct).

9. Cancellations & Refunds

All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we may offer credit toward a future event on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

If we cancel due to force majeure, you get a full refund or credit toward a future event — your choice.

We also reserve the right to cancel any sponsorship and issue a full refund if we determine your participation would be detrimental to the Event.

10. Assumption of Risk

The Event is at Topgolf. Your team participates in venue activities at their own risk. We’re not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your stuff, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Governing Law

Nevada law. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Check the date at the top.
